Refunds
We offer refunds on products that are damaged, defective, or do not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase or return the item(s) in question.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 Business days.
Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, such as a change in preference, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you will have the option of receiving store credit or a refund to your original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5 days.
